1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and using Nexon Algo V1, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our product.
2. Licence
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Nexon Algo V1 on your own TradingView account. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or sublicence the indicator or its access credentials to any third party.
3. Delivery
After a confirmed crypto payment, your TradingView username will be added to the indicator's access list and you will receive confirmation via the email address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery typically occurs within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
4. Risk Disclaimer
Trading financial instruments including cryptocurrencies, forex, and equities involves substantial risk of loss. Nexon Algo V1 is a decision-support tool, not financial advice. Past performance of the indicator is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
All code, algorithms, designs, and content associated with Nexon Algo V1 are the exclusive intellectual property of Nexon Algo. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the underlying logic of the indicator is strictly prohibited.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify Nexon Algo V1 and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
